Baked Peaches with Greek Yogurt & Granola

  • 1 ripe peach you could also use a pear or apple. Play around with what’s in season!
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Flakey sea salt
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Granola of your choice!
  • Drizzle of honey + cinnamon to top


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut your peach in half and remove the pit. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup. Use a brush to make sure the peach is evenly coated. Add a pinch of flakey sea salt and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Top with Greek yogurt, granola, honey and cinnamon.
