Apple Pie Oatmeal

  • Oatmeal I used 1 Bob's Red Mill Apple Cinnamon Oat Cup
  • 1/2 apple chopped
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Crushed walnuts to top


  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add coconut oil then chopped apples. Add in maple syrup and cinnamon and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the apples soften up a bit.
  2. Add the apples on top of the oats and top with crushed walnuts and more cinnamon. Almond butter would be delish on top as well!
