Sauté zoodles in a little olive oil on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes. *Never cook zoodles with the sauce you are using - they release so much water when cooked!! Sauté Italian chicken sausage in another pan on medium high heat until crispy. Add in your favorite red sauce until warm. Serve zoodles, gnocchi, sausage and sauce all together and top with red chili flakes (Parmesan cheese too if your feelin cheesy). Voila! Healthy, veggie based “pasta.” 🍝
Step by step in my highlights. Add from frozen in a HOT pan (medium to medium high heat) with some olive oil and 1 tbsp water. Cook until outside is browned and cooked through. *Do not follow instructions on the bag!!
