PB&J Smoothie


  1. Blend together 1/2 frozen banana, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, a few frozen zucchini slices, @livebeaming vanilla protein, @pbfit.official powder peanut butter and almond milk. The key to getting your smoothie nice and thick is to do less milk and more frozen goods (and vice versa if you prefer a shake consistency). Sip or spoon and enjoy!
