Healthy Greek Style "Tabbouleh"


  1. Sautee cauliflower rice (pre made from @traderjoes) with olive oil, pink salt, pepper, and oregano for about 10 minutes or until soft. Let cool.

  2. Combine finely chopped red onion, bell pepper, cucumber, sugar snap peas, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes and parsley

  3. Add cooked cauliflower rice and dress with lemon juice, olive oil and more spices to taste

  4. Add chicken, fish, or roasted chickpeas for protein! Topped with a little feta cheese, hummus and tzatziki sauce
