Okay you guys know how much I love taking my Ritual Essential Protein every morning, but I have to say sometimes it gets a little boring drinking a smoothie day after day. Instead of just skipping it altogether, I’ve been trying to get creative with how I get my protein in and have come up with some fun ideas, (if I do say so myself haha), that I had to share!
