Truly obsessed with Starbucks breakfast. I prefer a Spinach Feta Wrap or their Bacon Gouda Breakfast Sandwich to most brunch spots in LA. If only their coffee didn’t taste like it did…maybe I’ve got it backwards but these are just my opinions.
Any who, I love making these wraps at home because they are the perfect, super filling breakfast! Starbucks uses egg whites, but you won’t catch me EVER throwing out a perfectly good egg yolk (that also happens to be packed with tons of healthy nutrients unlike the egg white). They also use a whole wheat wrap but I wanted to make it gluten free so I used Siete almond flour tortillas.
Feel free to make it your own, but don’t forget the sriracha!
