This One Pot Creamy Turkey Rigatoni will surely make its way into your weekly rotation, if not because it’s so damn good then because it’s too easy to whip up. Plus only one pot to clean up? Say less! You can use ground beef, ground sausage or plant based meat alternatives to make it vegetarian. It can also easily be made dairy free, just see the notes below!

Major note: add 1.5 cups of water to the sauce at the start – otherwise, Pasta will take 25+ minutes to cook.

Quickly turned in to one of our favorite meals! HIGHLY recommend either cutting the amount of rosemary in half or omitting it all together. 2tbsp makes it taste too much like soap. also, if you are looking to be a little less healthy, subbing Italian sausage instead of ground turkey takes this to the next level!
