Simple AF because healthy, delicious food does NOT have to be complicated y’all! This took no time at all to whip up and besides the fact it’s SUPER healthy, you only need a few ingredients to make it.
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the oil then your shrimp and lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side then flip the shrimp and add asparagus & garlic.
Season with red chili flakes, salt & pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the shrimp and veggies are done.
Top with Parmesan cheese, fresh basil and serve with rice or pasta!
