Another gem in my Super Bowl Series and it was time to get SERIOUS in the kitchen. I think I made almost 8 recipes over 2 days and DAMN these Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Bites might just be my favorite of them all. They are way easier than you think and they turn out so crispy and delicious you will be OBSESSED!

Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients
- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill GF 1:1 baking flour)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt & pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In a large bowl combine flour, water, avocado oil, garlic powder, and salt & pepper. Once combined, add in cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly. Lay out on a baking sheet (careful not to overcrowd) and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a separate large bowl, combine buffalo hot sauce sauce (Franks Red Hot is a must) and 1/4 cup melted Fourth and Heart ghee (or butter). Toss the cauliflower in the sauce and continue to bake for another 30 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until crispy.
- Serve with carrots, celery and ranch dressing!
