The minute I tried one of these bars at Starbucks I knew I had to recreate them at home. I can confirm they are 1000x better baked fresh, plus they’re so fun to make. I baked a big batch and gifted them with some other baked goods as a holiday gift. Highly recommend, everyone that received a box was very happy! These bars are also perfect for a holiday party or potluck. I can guarantee they will have everyone begging for the recipe!
These bars are basically a delicious, soft blondie with a touch of orange and ginger and of course, white chocolate chips and dried cranberries mixed in. Then we spread a cream cheese frosting on top, with touches of vanilla, orange and lemon zest. Top with more dried cranberries, white chocolate drizzle and some fresh orange zest. HEAVEN. I cannot wait for you all to try them yourself.
I stored mine in a airtight container in the fridge and they stayed fresh for almost a whole week.

These are amazing!
I made these for myself and some Neighbor’s and everyone has sent rave reviews. I used king arthurs gluten free flour blend measure for Measure and they turned out perfecr! You’d have no idea theyre gluten free! Thanks!! (Sorry about the caps)
Made these and brought them into work for a holiday treat. Easy to make and absolutely delicious! I got a lot of kudos on them and shared the recipe!
These got rave reviews! Will def make them for holiday. Not sure why this section is forcing CAPS🤣
Every recipe you share has been amazing and these are not a Disappointment! I forgot to add the ginger (might want to add it to the recipe notes, i assume it goes in with the dry Ingredients?) so i added candied ginger to the topping. Yum!!
