A Broccoli Cheddar Casserole with wholesome ingredients (goodbye miracle whip and velveeta) that makes the perfect Thanksgiving side! I make a homemade cream of mushroom soup mixture too which tastes SO much better than the canned stuff. Be careful not to overcook the broccoli otherwise you’ll end up with a watery casserole (learn from my mistakes). Just follow the instructions and you’ll be good to go!
