On the go breakfasts have been saving my life lately. Seem to always be running behind these days, but I’ll always make time for breakfast. Whipped these up on a Monday night and ate them all week long. I always try to avoid eating bars as a meal replacement so prepping breakfast is almost always included in my meal prep routine. These egg muffins are the perfect savory, protein-packed quick breaky!
