Let’s make a GRAIN FREE LEMON LOAF! Made this in honor of my momma because she loves lemon almost as much as I do.
This took quite a few tries to nail, but it came out perfect. This one is light and zesty and it is the perfect addition to any brunch spread. I used almond flour as the base to make this loaf grain free.

This loaf is amazing!!! I had my bf and my friends try it and they can’t get over it. It’s sweet (but not over the top sweet) and so moist! I did not have coconut flour and used all purpose instead and still tasted wonderful. Highly recommend this recipe.
