Bless you Jalapeño Tuna Melt, for being so easy to make, delicious and photogenic. I haven’t always been friends with canned tuna. My mom would only buy and cook the freshest seafood and she instilled in my brain that if it’s frozen or in a can, it is NOT good enough for the Stanton Fam. I love you mom but jeeeez have you ever had a tuna melt????
It’s insane. Especially when you add crunchy jalapeños and sharp cheddar.
It’s easily modifiable, you only really need the tuna and mayo (or sub avocado) to make it work!
