This quick and easy recipe is packed with protein and fiber and is amazing for meal prep! There is minimal chopping and prep to be done for you to have for lunches for your busy week. It’s fresh and filling with the best tastes and textures, you’re going to love it!
Let’s Make It
First make the sauce by whisking together all ingredients until smooth.
Cook the pasta according to instructions. Rinse with cool water after straining.
In a large bowl, toss the cooked noodles, sauce, chicken, 2/3 of the green onions and sesame seeds until combined.
Top with remaining green onion, cucumber, carrot, sesame seeds and cilantro then dig in!
