Mexican Street Corn – but make it pasta. I feel like you can basically throw anything in with some pasta and it’s never going to do you wrong.
Corn has been SO good this season so I had to do a recipe with it – and what better way to do it than with some Banza shells?! I mean it basically captures the corn kernels ensuring you get the perfect bite.
As always, super easy recipe – takes about 10 minutes!
