One of the best low effort hangover meals: Poke Bowls! I have no clue why I have never made these at home. They’re so easy and I love being able to micro manage the way I put my bowl together. I need the ratios to be perfect. There’s also zero actual cooking required! Perfect for a cute little date night.
Ingredients
- Poke! We used Spicy Tuna poke from Gelson’s. You can buy poke at Whole Foods your local fish market, and other grocery stores!
- Organic brown rice
- Mixed greens tossed in @organicville Miso Ginger dressing
- Spicy mayo 1/4 cup @chosenfoods mayo + 1 tbsp Sriracha
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Green onion
- Ginger + wasabi
- Black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Start with your rice & greens as your base. Then add the rest of the ingredients and drizzle with spicy mayo and some sesame seeds!
Notes
There’s tons of other toppings you can do! Seaweed chili onion crunch from Trader Joe’s, crispy onions, or whatever else you can think up!
