These 15 Minute Air Fryer Fish Tacos are just one of those recipes that you add to the weekly rotation immediately after trying them because they are so damn good and SO damn easy. This is the 15th recipe in my series of High Protein 20 Minute Trader Joe’s Dinners and this time, we are getting serious about simplicity and efficiency while still maximizing flavor.
As always, you can customize and make swaps where you see fit. Any firm white fish will work for this recipe if you don’t want to use cod and even salmon would work. The vegan dill dressing from Trader Joe’s can be swapped with any ranch dressing, you could also make my Healthy Homemade Ranch recipe.
This one comes together in a pinch so you could whip them up on your WFH lunch break! The pickled onions are a great addition and something I always have in my fridge. I make mine and you can find my recipe for them here! If you go this route, I recommend making the pickled onions the day before or first thing in the morning so they have time to marinate. You can use these on different recipes throughout the week like on these tacos, in bowls, salads, burgers, etc.
I use an Cosori Air Fryer and I love it. I also wanted to share the Instant Vortex Air Fryer because I used it for years and it never failed me. The one I linked is the newest version!
Hope you love this one!
