
SNICKERDOODLE PROTEIN BALLS are my new favorite snack/breakfast/dessert! They taste like a cookie, but they are free of refined sugar and packed with protein. They are the best snack to have on hand for when you are feeling hungry between meals.

Snickerdoodle Protein Bites
Servings 10 bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Coating
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions

Combine all ingredients (except the coating) and form into small bites.

Roll to coat in sugar + cinnamon mixture.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying!
