
This is the PERFECT add on to so many dishes… but especially my Greek-Style Meatballs, or just with pita bread or fresh veggies as a side or snack!

Homemade Tzatziki
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber grated
- 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Add greek yogurt to a medium sized bowl.

In a separate smaller bowl grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture with your hands before adding to the bowl of greek yogurt.

Add in remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Give it a taste test and add more herbs, lemon juice or seasonings to your liking.

Serve with fresh vegetables, pita bread, or as a side with my Greek-Style Meatballs recipe.

Store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
