Time to spice up your boring lunches! This Buffalo Chicken Salad has been on repeat because not only is it super delicious, it’s healthy too. It’s the perfect balanced meal that gives you protein, fiber and the perfect amount of spice to keep you satisfied until dinner. I recommend using rotisserie chicken for chicken salad because it has the best texture, but of course any shredded chicken works just fine.
used this for meal prep this week and it is SO good. I saw her post this recently and I usually am not a chicken salad girl but I love buffalo so thought i’d try it. It’s such a good office lunch with chips/veggies. will 100% be on repeat!
