My inspo for this recipe comes from the 3+ pounds of pasta salad I consumed at a friends bridal shower. I wish I was being dramatic when I say 3+ pounds, I had to be rolled out of there.
I think what made the bridal shower pasta salad so special was the caterer added cheese tortellini in the mix and WOW it’s a freaking game changer. Here’s my new fav recipe for Italian Pasta Salad – hope you love it.
Literal perfection! We left the artichoke hearts out but everything was still perfect and the crunch of the bell peppers with the crunch/taste of the onion was absolutely mouth watering. I had to physically put this in the fridge in the garage to stop myself from eating it all.
