Sweet, spicy, and incredibly easy!! This Hot Honey Grilled Chicken and Peaches is everything I want to make during the summer. Juicy chicken is marinated in a simple hot honey mustard mixture then grilled alongside ripe peaches until everything is caramelized and lightly charred. The peaches become jammy and sweet, making the perfect complement to the chicken. Topped with a little fresh thyme for some brightness and you have yourself a seriously impressive main!
This is one of those recipes that feels impressive enough for entertaining but is simple enough for a weeknight dinner (my jam). Finish everything with fresh thyme, flaky sea salt, and an extra drizzle of hot honey for a meal that tastes like summer with very little effort.
This is the hot honey I used and yes, I did buy it because the branding is SO cute but I promise it’s unreal. It has more of a smokey deep flavor. For something lighter and more classic, I love this one.
Whisk together the olive oil, Dijon, lemon zest and juice, garlic, hot honey, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and thyme. Reserve about 1/4 cup of the marinade then add the rest to a ziplock bag or tupperware with the chicken. Marinate for 30 minutes to 24 hours.
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken until cooked through and lightly charred, about 4 to 6 minutes per side depending on thickness.
While the chicken cooks, lightly toss the peaches with the remaining marinade and grill until caramelized and grill marks form, about 4 to 5 minutes, flipping halfway.
Transfer everything to a platter and finish with fresh thyme, flaky salt, and a generous drizzle of hot honey.
