This week’s Back to the Basics is Potatoes 3 Ways because who doesn’t freaking LOVE potatoes?! They don’t need much to taste amazing and these 3 recipes prove it. What’s your favorite way to eat a potato?! These are my top three: Baked Potatoes, Roasted Smashed Potatoes, and Baked French Fries.
I would pair this Baked Potato with my Arugula Quinoa Salad with Flank Steak and finish it with a healthified sweet treat, Berry Cobbler. YUM!
