• 1 lb organic ground turkey (or beef)
• 1/2 large white onion minced
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 bell pepper diced
• 2 small/medium peeled and cubed sweet potatoes
• 1/2 diced jalapeno optional
• 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
• 1 cup water
• 1 tbsp avocado oil
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp salt & pepper
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp paprika
• dash of cayenne
