One of my ALL TIME favorite apps. If you want to impress someone at Friendsgiving, this is your chance. It’s the most simple recipe that you can totally tweak to best suit your taste buds. I personally think the combo of the brie, rosemary, garlic and sweet honey on top is to die for! Everyone will be obsessed.
Place the circle of brie on top of the loaf of bread and cut around, being careful not to cut all the way down to the bottom of the loaf, to form a circle in the middle of the bread for the brie.
Cut the rind off the sides of the brie (you can do the top too, but I like to eat that part).
Place the brie inside the loaf and cut 1 inch slices around the side to form the “pull apart” portion. Add the garlic, honey and rosemary on top and bake for 20 minutes.
Top with sea salt and serve!
