Here’s a fun little holiday drink that I will definitely be making on repeat this holiday season! Had all the ingredients to make this Campari Gin Fizz and it is the perfect drink to have with a festive dinner. Enjoy it! xx
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add the gin, Campari, lemon juice, simple syrup and the egg white. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds or until ice cold and foamy. Pour over ice and top with soda water. Garnish with rosemary and a dried lemon wheel.
