Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce

Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce is my go to whenever I order Thai and I have absolutely no idea how it took me this long to recreate it at home. This recipe is VERY substitute friendly, meaning you can play around with the ingredients and most likely it will still come out amazing. The peanut sauce is sooo easy to make and you can literally put it on anything- chicken, shrimp, tofu, veggies. It’s the best!!
