There’s something just so beautiful about Chicken & Waffles and how they are the most unlikely of friends, but they somehow work so well together. They’re the ultimate comfort food when it comes to brunch, neck and neck with Biscuits and Gravy, which is also one of my favorites. I think that will be a bit trickier to “healthify.”
In the meantime, I managed to pull off a Paleo Chicken & Waffles recipe that is quite fantastic if I do say so myself. The Maple Hot Honey really makes it and lucky for us it takes about 3 seconds to whip up. Overall, this is a super simple recipe that won’t take you more than 20 minutes to pull together. Enjoy! xx
