Chocolate Lava Cake

Nothing says I love you like chocolate lava cake. This is one of the first things I learned how to bake and it is so much easier than you would think. I used regular All Purpose Flour, but you can also use a 1:1 Gluten Free All Purpose Flour for this recipe!

You’re going to need 6 oz ramekins like these for this recipe. If you have 4 oz ramekins you can use those as well but you will need to lower the cooking time by a couple minutes.
