I can no longer justify spending $14 on the Collard Green Turkey Wrap from Erewhon. There’s just something about this wrap that is so damn good. Normally I would never think to order or make a collard green wrap and I was actually disappointed the first time I bought it bc I didn’t realize it wasn’t a real wrap.. But I’ve ordered it 70+ times since so it was a great mistake! You gotta try it.
Ingredients
- 2 collard green leaves stems cut
- Turkey
- Mayo
- Pepperocini
- Pickled jalapeños
- Avocado
- Provolone cheese
Instructions
- Boil water in a large skillet.
- Add the collard green and boil for 5 seconds each side.
- Set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to dry.
- Layer the 2 leaves, stem side up, so they slightly overlap and add the fillings.
- Fold in the sides and roll it up.
- Cut in half and enjoy!
