Can’t seem to keep enough of these Double Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins in the house! Not only are they extremely delicious, they are actually SO filling! By adding a superfood oatmeal to the mix, each muffin has superfoods like oats, quinoa, amaranth, chia and flax which not only add great texture but are packed with health benefits. It’s also delicious on its own for breakfast!
When you say oatmeal is it just oats or ready made oatmeal? Sorry if this is a dumb q ! Haha just want to get it right 🙂
