Frozen Peanut Butter Banana Cereal Bites

Frozen Peanut Butter Banana Cereal Bites
Ingredients
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 cup Purely Elizabeth honey peanut butter superfood cereal or any cereal of your choosing!
Instructions
- Combine the peanut butter, honey and cinnamon together. Set aside.
- Place a piece of parchment paper on a large plate.
- Slice the banana into thin rounds. Place half of them on the parchment paper. Add a small dollop of the peanut butter mixture to each round, then add another banana slice on top. Freeze for 1 hour.
- In a microwave at 50% powder or double broiler, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together, stirring every 15 seconds until melted and smooth. Crush the cereal and place in a shallow bowl.
- Dip the frozen banana bite in the chocolate then coat with cereal. Freeze for another hour before eating.
- Store them in a ziplock bag in the freezer for easy snacking!
