My favorite quick and healthy treat has been this easy Greek Yogurt Bark made with all my favorite toppings. It’s like healthy frozen yogurt in snack form and it’s packed with protein from the Greek yogurt and superfoods from the @purely_elizabeth Berry Crisp Ancient Grain Granola! Not only does the granola add a nice, sweet crunch to the bark, it has added vitamin D and clean ingredients. Plus it’s vegan and gluten free!
Ingredients
- 16 oz Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1-2 cups fresh fruit
- 3/4 cup Purely Elizabeth Berry Crisp Ancient Grain Granola
Instructions
- Place a sheet of parchment paper over a baking pan. Spread the yogurt out to form a thin, even layer. Sprinkle evenly with toppings and freeze for at least 3-4 hours. Slice and store in the freezer for a fun sweet treat!
