For another one of my 20 minute high protein dinners, I concocted this Healthier Shrimp Scampi. A classic recipe using a little less butter and oil, but not skimping on the flavor! Shrimp is extremely high in protein, so it’s a great option if you’re looking to up your protein intake. 5 oz of shrimp gives you about 30 grams of protein! You can serve it with protein pasta or rice cooked in bone broth to really amp up the protein if you’d like. Enjoy!!
