I started buying the Romesco Sauce from Trader Joe’s a couple months ago, and while it is super delicious I knew I could make a better version at home. This sauce is so easy to whip up and goes great on fish, chicken and veggies. It has been my go to snack with cut up vegetables!
Romesco sauce is traditionally made with regular almonds, but of course being the extra gal that I am, I decided to use marcona almonds. Either work, but I highly recommend this upgrade!! xx
