There’s just something about the recipes you grew up with. I was craving this pink pasta my mom made for us all the time growing up, so naturally, I called her up and asked if she could come over and whip it up for me (and of course she said yes without hesitation, moms are truly the best).
I figured it was the perfect time to bust out the measuring cups and document the process so I can make it for my kids one day! As my mom would say, “It’s not diet food,” but ohhh my gosh is it worth it. She used to make giant trays of it for my birthday parties because all my friends were just as obsessed as I was — and now my nieces request it on repeat. It’s one of those really easy dishes that feels really special and never goes out of style. I hope you love it as much as we do!
This is my absolute go-to for meal trains because it’s quick, easy and SO comforting. Last time I made it, I used Kerrygold’s garlic and herb butter and it really took the flavor to the next level. (Also worth noting, I love making this for myself, too!)
