Hey friends!! Sharing this DELICIOUS Peach & Burrata Crostini recipe with all my favorite people. It 100%, undoubtedly, completely, thoroughly blew my mind, and I hope it has the same affect on you. Definitely plan on making it this weekend and don’t forget to tag me in your creations!
Ingredients
- 8-10 slices of a baguette cut at a diagonal
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 6 oz burrata
- 1 peach cut into slices. I used Peaches.LA
- 4 oz prosciutto
- 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped
- Flakey sea salt I use Maldon
- Black pepper
- Balsamic glaze to top
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a generous drizzle of olive oil to the pan and carefully place in your bread. It should slowly turn golden brown after 3-4 minutes (if it starts to burn turn down the heat). Flip and cook for another 3ish minutes.
- While the bread cooks, toss your peach slices in a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of flakey salt.
- When the bread is done cooking, arrange it on a serving board. Scrape your garlic clove against the bread for flavor.
- Add burrata, a peach slice, and prosciutto on each crostini. Top with balsamic glaze, basil, flakey salt and pepper.
