It looks fancy, only takes 15 minutes to make and tastes so good. The savory prosciutto with the sweet, juicy melon and creamy burrata? Unreal. Perfect for summer nights, dinner parties, or literally just when you don’t feel like trying but still want something delish.
I made this for a summer cookout side and it was a huge hit! I doubled the recipe for a larger group and that worked out fine, too.
