DROP. EVERYTHING. Make this Pumpkin Spice Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting ASAP. I’m honestly not a cake or sweets gal but OMG I have been devouring a slice a day of this cake. It’s weirdly better refrigerated IMO, but regardless of how you eat it, you must must must try it. I promise you it will make you so happy. Gluten free, dairy free, all of the things.

I’ve made this cake so many times for my friends. They always ask for the recipe. I also made it in Denver with zero alterations (altitude can be tricky) and it worked perfectly there as well.
