Chocolate Strawberry Greek Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons granola
- 3 strawberries, stems removed and diced
Chocolate shell:
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- Flakey salt to top
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey and cinnamon. Once fully combined, stir in the granola and strawberries.
- For the chocolate shell, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave at 50% power at 20 second increments, stirring in between, until you can stir the chocolate smooth. You can also melt the chocolate on the stove top using a double broiler (or place a mixing bowl on top of a saucepan filled halfway with water over medium heat).
- Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt and rotate to fully coat the top of the yogurt. Add a pinch of flakey sea salt and freeze for 5-10 minutes until the shell has hardened. Enjoy!
