Another new addition to your weeknight rotation! Adding to my 20 Minute High Protein Trader Joe’s Dinners series with these Mediterranean-Inspired Salmon Bite Bowls! We make salmon bites in the air fryer at least once a week and this variation is one of our favorites. I included oven instructions as well for anyone without an air fryer, but totally recommend getting one if you don’t have one as they are just sooo convenient for recipes like this. I use the Cosori Air Fryer and have loved it!
The Greek Chickpeas from Trader Joe’s make the best side and give you even more added protein, but feel free to use regular canned chickpeas too. You’re going to LOVE this one!
