Boil enough water to cook the pasta in a saucepan.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add the butter and olive oil. Once butter is just melted, add the shallot and garlic.
Sauté for 1-2 min then add shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. The shrimp only take about 3-4 minutes to fully cook. Once the shrimp is just cooked, mix in the Calabrian chili sauce and cheese.
Add the pasta directly to the pan and toss to combine.
Serve with more cheese and fresh parsley.
