My energy can vary so much each day so when I’m feeling good I’ll make a big batch of these freezer marinades to save for a day when I’m low energy. They take almost no time at all to whip up and last for 3 months in the freezer. Perfect for postpartum or busy days when you don’t feel like cooking a big meal!
The Ginger Honey Chicken goes perfectly served over some steamed rice and paired with broccoli, a cucumber salad, green beans, or your favorite veg.
The Chicken Fajitas are ready to go either on their own, wrapped in a flour tortilla with your favorite toppings or served in a rice bowl.
The All Purpose marinade pairs with just about anything! I love having this in a grain bowl, served over a salad or just paired with whatever leftovers or veggies I have in my fridge.
The Greek-Style marinade is great for wraps, bowls and salads. It has a bright lemony herb flavor that brightens up any dinner.
