This recipe was very well organized and instructive! The coffee cake turned out HEAVENLY and the apple cider flavor really came through! I didn’t have Granny Smith apples, so I used Honeycrisp- great results! Would make again <3
I bake a lot because I simply enjoy baking. However, I’m only one person and cannot eat all the sweets I make so I take what I want and bring the rest to work. Everyone told me this was a 10/10 and the pan was eaten within the first 2 hours of the work day.
