I’m really not a huge protein ball kind of gal, but wow these Birthday Cake Balls are different. If you are a big snacks person like me, making something with protein and healthy fats is key to stay feeling full and satisfied (and prevents me from eating my whole pantry).
If you don’t have cashew butter, I highly recommend trying it out! They sell it at Trader Joe’s and most grocery stores. It’s soooo underrated! Originally saw @shutthekaleup make these and modified the recipe a bit to fit what I had in my kitchen already. Thanks for the inspo!
