I legit screamed when I tried this… if you want to impress someone at Friendsgiving or a dinner party, this is your dynamic duo. You can also replace the pumpkin jam with any fruit spread you’d like!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the circle of brie on top of the loaf of bread and cut around, being careful not to cut all the way down to the bottom of the loaf, to form a circle in the middle of the bread for the brie. Cut the rind off the sides of the brie (you can do the top too, but I like to eat that part).
Place the brie inside the loaf and cut 1 inch slices around the side to form the “pull apart” portion. Add the jam and thyme on top and bake for 20 minutes. Top with sea salt and serve!
