I honestly cannot think of a better appetizer than bacon wrapped dates. It’s the perfect combo of salty and sweet, plus when you stuff your dates with creamy goat cheese it is seriously HEAVEN. I also added some walnuts for crunch and then some sage for brightness. It really doesn’t get better than this right here.
I’m way overdue for a review on these because i Originally made them for thanksgiving and they were a big hit! Everyone was asking me for the recipe and we’ve probably made them at least 3 more times now and about to bring them today for the superbowl! A party staple for sure 💯
