My latest hyper fixation snack. This Caramel Apple Smoothie has all the flavors of fall and it’s much healthier than a big ol’ sticky caramel apple. Not only is it deliciously sweet and creamy, it’s great for your gut!

Apples are a great source of dietary fiber and polyphenols including flavanols and phenolic acids, which are known for their anti-inflammatory effects. Dates are high in dietary fiber and Greek yogurt contains more protein than traditional yogurts which increases satiety. The perfect combination!
